ZEN SHIATSU

Teal Emmons received his training at Boston Shiatsu School, where he also studied traditional Chinese medicine. Mr. Emmons specializes in Zen Shiatsu, incorporating acupressure and Amma therapy which pays attention to the more subtle vibrations of the human body, focusing on the balance and movement of energy.

He also is trained in Sotai, a Japanese form of muscular movement therapy, and Shinkiko, which refocuses the client's energy in a positive manner.

Many of his sessions integrate various elements of each style to achieve better health, well being, range of motion and a positive flow of energy.

All treatments are done in a comfortable, safe environment, with the client fully clothed.
